By joining the EKSPRES PLUS program, users receive a card that enables benefits when purchasing a transport ticket in accordance with the currently valid program rules.

The EKSPRES PLUS card functions in accordance with the system of accumulating bonuses achieved when purchasing tickets for transport on the lines operated by Niš-ekspres LLC Niš, which enables users to save for a new trip with every journey!

The list of sales points where the loyalty program is valid, the method of registration, the achieved bonus expressed in RSD, the benefits of the program can be checked at the internet address www.nis-ekspres.rs or at one of the sales points of Niš-ekspres DOO Niš.

Users of the EKSPRES PLUS program, for every realized purchase of a ticket whose value is over 100.00 RSD, achieve a bonus in the amount of 10% of the value of the purchased ticket. The achieved bonus is recorded on the loyalty card in dinars and can be accumulated or used (in the amount not less than 100.00 RSD) at any subsequent purchase of a ticket for Niš-ekspres departures. The achieved bonuses in the current year can be used until the end of the following year.

The maximum value of reduction of the ticket price when purchasing a transport ticket using the EKSPRES PLUS loyalty card amounts to 90% of the ticket price.

The used value, i.e., the value by which the payment of the new transport ticket is reduced, is automatically erased from the card. When purchasing a ticket whose price is reduced on the basis of using the achieved bonus on the card, no bonus is achieved on the amount of surcharge up to the full price of the transport ticket, nor on the amount used from the loyalty card.

The EKSPRES PLUS card also enables holders various short-term benefits about which they are informed by phone, SMS message or email.

Niš-ekspres DOO Niš Čamurlija, Stevana Sinđelića 59, is the initiator of the EKSPRES PLUS loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the Program), the issuer of the EKSPRES PLUS loyalty card intended for regular users of the transport service (hereinafter referred to as the Card) and the processor of the personal data database for all registered users of the program.

Joining the EKSPRES PLUS loyalty program is voluntary and free of charge, and every user has the right, in accordance with these rules, to withdraw at any time.

A Program user can be any person aged 15 and older, with residence in the Republic of Serbia, who fills out the accession statement at one of the sales points included in the Program and who possesses an electronic card received after registering the filled accession statement. All mandatory data in the accession statement must be filled out, and the individual is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all provided data on all forms connected with the use of the card. By signing the accession statement, the individual confirms that he/she agrees with the General Rules of the Program and the Privacy Policy.

The EKSPRES PLUS card can be collected after successful registration at the sales point where the registration was made. If collection of the card at the sales point is not possible due to objective reasons, the card will be delivered to the user at the address provided in the accession statement.

If the user registers via the website www.nis-ekspres.rs, they receive a virtual card which can also be used when purchasing at Niš-ekspres sales points (it is sufficient to have only the loyalty card number).

The electronic monthly card can also be used as an EKSPRES PLUS card if the user agrees to the program conditions by filling out the accession statement.

The EKSPRES PLUS loyalty card is the property of the issuer Niš-ekspres DOO Niš Čamurlija, and the user is its holder. An individual can register in the program only once, and the issuer keeps records of the users of the EKSPRES PLUS card. The EKSPRES PLUS loyalty card is not a credit, debit card, not a check, nor any other type of payment card, and the amount indicated on the card cannot be exchanged for cash, nor does the card user have the right to cash payment of the benefits achieved on the basis of the loyalty program.

In case of technical problems or force majeure which prevent the operation of the computer system, when the bonus system does not work, it is not possible to use the benefit from the card, nor can it be subsequently achieved. The issuer of the loyalty card is not responsible for the impossibility of achieving the bonus due to the technical problems or consequences of force majeure. Subsequent entry of discount on the card is not possible.

The basic card is issued at personal request with acceptance of the conditions from the accession statement. The basic card is not transferable to another person and can be used exclusively by the registered program user whose signature is on the accession statement. Niš-ekspres DOO employees at the sales point reserve the right to check at any time the identity of the card bearer.

For the card issuer, the assumption is valid that every card user is fully familiar with the General Rules of the EKSPRES PLUS loyalty program, and, in case the loyalty card user allows its use by another person, the user will be considered responsible for all transactions that this person has made without the knowledge of the card user.

The issuer is not responsible for possible loss, theft, unauthorized use or damage of the loyalty card and in such cases has no obligation of compensation of damage to the card holder.

The EKSPRES PLUS loyalty card is issued with an unlimited validity period, i.e., until revocation.

Niš-ekspres DOO Niš reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to withdraw the card from circulation, as well as to grant, change or completely abolish elements and suspend benefits of the program at its own discretion. Of every change of rules, Niš-ekspres DOO Niš will inform the program user via its website and by posting notification at sales points.

The current program rules are available at the internet address www.nis-ekspres.rs and at all sales points of the loyalty card issuer. If the program user continues to use the card after the published changes, it means that they agree with them.

The card issuer reserves the right to change the rules, abolish the loyalty program and revoke the EKSPRES PLUS card. All changes are published on the internet site www.nis-ekspres.rs and posted at sales points and are valid from the day of publication. If the cardholder uses the card even after the published changes, it is understood that they agree with the changes.

From the sale of monthly tickets for April 2024, the addition of 5% of the value of the purchased monthly ticket to the user’s EKSPRES PLUS card is not carried out.

In case of loss or theft of the card, the program user is obliged to report the disappearance of the card at the Niš-ekspres DOO sales point, after which the card will be blocked in order to prevent misuse, and the user will be issued a new card. If the program user has collected points (the amount of achieved discount based on previous purchases) on the blocked card, Niš-ekspres DOO will, after checking the data in the system, and at the request of the program user, transfer them to the new card. If the program user does not report the theft or loss of the card, Niš-ekspres DOO is not responsible for possible unauthorized use of the loyalty card, has no obligation of compensation of damage, nor obligation of issuing another card and recognizing the achieved benefits.

In case of damage of the card which prevents its reading, the program user is obliged to report the damage at the Niš-ekspres DOO sales point, after which the user will be issued a new card. Any unauthorized copying, duplication or misuse of the card will be sanctioned in accordance with legal regulations.

Responsibility for processing of personal data in the capacity of operator shall be borne by Niš-ekspres DOO Niš.

The current rules are available on the website www.nis-ekspres.rs and are applied from 01.08.2021. All changes are published on the website, posted at sales points and are valid from the date of publication.

The General Rules are an integral part of the company’s Decision on issuing the loyalty card. For everything not defined by these General Rules, the Law on Obligations of RS and other valid regulations in the Republic of Serbia will be applied.
