ONLINE TICKET SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In this document you will find information about terms and conditions on which we sell online tickets for our services in Serbia and abroad. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them because you will be asked to agree to these terms before placing an order. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to order any tickets from our website.
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon posting the amended Terms on our website and sending it to the email addresses of our registered users. It is your responsibility to check Online Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions on our website regularly and prior to making any purchase.
Our website will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. The process of ordering your ticket allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process. No amendments can be made in relation to your online ticket after the process has been completed

GOODS AND SERVICES WE OFER
The items sold in our online shop are exclusively bus tickets.
Online tickets are available only for Nis-ekspres local, intercity and international services. You can buy tickets online up to two hours prior to your departure. Nis ekspres LLC reserves the right to limit the number of departures available for online purchases at any time or permanently.
The number of online tickets is limited to five tickets per purchase.
Both one-way and return tickets are available online. Online tickets are valid for travel as indicated by the data printed on the ticket (date, time, route).
A ticket purchased online is a contract between you and Nis-ekspres DOO. You must have your ticket whenever you travel on our service, whether printed or saved in your mobile phone, and you must present it for inspection when asked. If you do not present it when asked, you will be considered to have travelled without a ticket.
CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia and are shown for informational purposes only.
The amount charged to your credit card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion, at the rate used by the card associations. This conversion rate is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price on our website.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
After you have completed the purchase procedure through our website, you will receive your ticket by email. We do not deliver paper tickets. Please make sure that you provide the correct email address and have access to that email address.
If you have not received your confirmation email (your ticket) within 30 minutes from completing your order, please inform us by sending an email to onlinetickets.reklamacije@nis-ekspres.rs
TICKET CANCELLATION/PROBLEMS WITH TICKET DELIVERY
If you have not received your ticket within 30 minutes from completing your order, please send us a request to check the transaction to onlinetickets.reklamacije@nis-ekspres.rs
Before sending us an email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
Please include the following details in your email:
– Transaction date and time;
-The email address you entered in your purchase order;
– The amount your account was charged for.
We will check all the deatils and inform you of our next steps. If the purchase procedure has not been completed but the funds have been withdrawn from your account, we will refund the money in full. If your tickets have been created sucessfully but you have not received them, we will send them again to the same email address or to the email address that you specify in your request.
Unused tickets purchased through our website can be cancelled up to two hours before the scheduled departure. If the ticket hasn’t been used before you cancel it, we will refund the residual value of the ticket after deducting the administration fee (10% of the ticket price). You can cancel your ticket and apply for a refund:
– By forwarding the email you received from us (the email with your ticket) to: reklamacije@nis-ekspres.rs. In the email, please state that you want to cancel your ticket.
When sending your ticket cancellation request, please provide us with your personal identification number (according to the Law on Fiscalization, we must enter the customer’s personal identification number if we want to cancel a fiscal receipt).

USER PRIVACY PROTECTION
Nis-ekspres LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully and ensure you understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we use the data.
You will be considered to have read and accepted this Privacy Policy when you use our website (www.nis-ekspres.rs).
We collect only the information about our customers and data necessary to provide them with the information or service they have requested from us. In order to process your order, we will ask you to provide the following information:

• Your email address
• Your telephone number
We also collect the information about how you use our website and the information about the tickets you buy or you are interested in. This helps us to improve our services and to make our website more udser-friendly.
PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA
The safety of your data is guaranteed by the processor, Banca Intesa AD Belgrade. Payment card authorization data are entered on the protected page of the processor, and therefore are not available to Niš ekspres DOO.
MONEY RETURN
In case of return of goods and a refund to a customer who has previously paid by credit card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return of goods, Nis-ekspres is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods, which means that, based on the merchant’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account.
VAT STATEMENT
NIŠ EKSPRES DOO NIŠ is subject to VAT. All prices shown include VAT and there are no hidden costs.
